Brutality and torture are ICE standard

An AP article today documented another feature of the extreme level of the utter brutality and torture of how ICE treats detainees. It uses something called a "WRAP", which first was used by US police in the late 1990s, and spread from California jails to all around the country. DHS began use of it during the Obama administration, but, if the amount of money used to buy these units gives an idea of how many are being used, under the Trump administration the DHS uses about 10 times the number of WRAP units as before. The pictures and descriptions in the article can hardly be described briefly, with the WRAP being used over long periods of time.
Horrors like this are thus pioneered by both bourgeois parties at various levels, and there's always a capitalist firm ready to make money off of it. With this groundwork in place, the Trump administration turns up the heat to the maximum.
