What is CVO Talk?

CVO Talk is bulletin board with material about the Communist Voice Organization, articles as well as posts from members and friends of the CVO. The roots of the CVO date back to the mass upsurge of the 1960s, both the mass movements and the anti-revisionist struggle against state-capitalism masquerading as communism. Our trend has always stood for combining participation in the the mass struggle with theoretical work to deal with the crisis of orientation in the radical movement.

There is also a website of the CVO, which is at www.communistvoice.org. It contains a more complete coverage of the history of the CVO, as well as links to items from the Detroit/Seattle Workers’ Voice mailing list as they come out. But this material is so voluminous that it may be hard to find what one is looking for. CVO Talk seeks to present a more focused presentation of our views.

If visitors register with CVO Talk, they will be able to receive notifications of new materiais, if they wish, but it won’t allow them to post directly on the forum. Nevertheless, we welcome comments and contribution from others who are also interested in the revolutionary communist standpoint. If you wish to submit something for possible posting, please email us at mail@communistvoice.org. We will assume that you are giving permission to have your note posted unless you state otherwise.

CVO Talk is still “under construction”, but we expect that it will expand to give a fuller picture of our views over the next few months.
